Applicants must self-report being single, available to date and 40 or older. Initial selection prioritizes supported Twin Cities proximity, serious relationship intentions and willingness to participate in interviews and feedback. Applying, waitlisting and invitations do not guarantee access, matches, safety or relationships. We do not conduct routine background checks. Employment is not evidence of safety or personal worth. Respect others and do not harass or misrepresent yourself.

Mutual interest is required for text messaging. Respect boundaries: no harassment, impersonation, scams, money requests through deception, threats or illegal content. Block or report unsafe behavior; authorized administrators may inspect submitted report evidence and restrict access. We do not promise continuous monitoring or safe, truthful members. Google or email access does not verify legal identity, relationship status or trustworthiness, and we do not routinely conduct background checks.
Profile reveal is a separate, optional two-sided choice for chosen names and approved photos only. You may withdraw it; information already viewed cannot be recalled. Be cautious about sharing identifying details. Never send money, independently verify claims, arrange your own transport and choose public places for initial meetings. For immediate danger, contact emergency services. See the conversation section of the Privacy Policy for storage and deletion.
Any proposed liability limit, including a $100 cap, requires jurisdiction-specific legal review and applies only where lawful. These rules do not waive nonwaivable rights or eliminate operator duties. Operator legal/contact details and dating-service obligations require qualified counsel review before broader launch.

Age is self-reported and validated on the server; signup is not identity verification. Provide accurate information and only your own email and preferences.
Joining is free. Required Terms, Privacy and AI-processing choices are recorded separately. Matching and promotional email are optional. Verified Google authentication or valid one-time email links can establish current account control. Historical profiles may require additional ownership checks. Neither method verifies legal identity, relationship status or safety. You can unsubscribe or delete your request through My Page. Repeated signup does not change an existing request’s preferences. One-time email links provide secure return access.
AI interviews require authentication, applicable profile and consent prerequisites, and service availability. Anonymous text messaging opens only after mutual interest and is subject to the conversation rules below. Future interview invitations depend on individual launch eligibility, email verification, explicit consent and a functioning next-stage interview, never a current reciprocal match. No invitation, date, relationship outcome, or match is guaranteed. Joining makes no commitment about access to future services.
